• Strong experience in global rollout, support, AMS, enhancement, and transformation engagements.
• Experience in managing distributed onsite and offshore delivery teams.

SAP Finance Functional Consultant - German Speaking

Role Summary

The SAP Finance Functional Lead is responsible for end-to-end ownership of SAP Finance solution delivery, covering General Ledger, Banking, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Taxation, Withholding Tax, and Finance integrations with Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Treasury, and external systems.

The role requires deep functional expertise combined with strong leadership, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills. The lead acts as the bridge between business users, client IT teams, architecture teams, and onsite and offshore delivery teams.

Required Experience

• 14+ years of overall SAP experience
• Approximately 12 years of strong hands-on SAP Finance FI functional experience
• 5 years of experience as SAP Finance Lead
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs including Finance processes related integrations involving SAP and non SAP systems
• Strong experience in global rollout, support, AMS, enhancement, and transformation engagements
• Experience in managing distributed onsite and offshore delivery teams
