Your Job :

  • Liaise between business and IT, Product architects and across functions to ensure that solutions are appropriate, meet stakeholders needs and are aligned with roadmaps and governance.
  • Work closely with development team and Testing team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality functional solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies
  • Works as a functional liaison between Project Team, key senior executives of the client to understand business priorities of the client
  • Prepare epic, user stories and tasks as per the overall project road map and initiatives
  • Conduct walkthrough’ sessions with business stakeholders to clarify and confirm user stories
  • Prepare or aid the preparation Test cases and set up triage meetings for defect resolutions
  • Drive the manual and automation testing during SIT / UAT phase
  • Prepare / enhance process flows using BPMN

Your profile :

  • Masters degree or equivalent preferably in Banking and Financial Services

Functional Skills and Experience :

  • 10 + years of relevant experience and hands on knowledge in retail and corporate banking transformation projects
  • Experience in Core Banking Systems, Operations, Functionalities, Day end & Data sync processes, API, and other Integrations.
  • Good knowledge of one or more of the Retail Products like CASA, Mortgage, Fixed Deposit and Cards, Credit Cards
  • Should have experience business process modelling using BPMN and using Adonis tool
  • Should have experience process orchestration, reeingineering
  • Knowledge and experience in requirements engineering – requirements elicitation, requirements elaboration, requirement analysis, requirement translation, requirement documentation, requirement communication
  • Experience in banking transformation projects, preferably within German retail banking
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including hands-on experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Strong experience in problem solving & working with end users to solicit requirements and current state analysis.
  • Should have knowledge on Camunda or any other workflow tools
  • Excellent good oral and written communication skills
