Zusammenfassung

MSIG Europe is seeking a Lead Application Manager for our Sapiens IDIT platform and related insurance systems. You will own the technical roadmap, platform lifecycle, and delivery capability, collaborating with Product Owners, architects, engineers, and external vendors.

You will drive security, scalability, and operational excellence, manage dependencies and risks, support releases and incidents, and push modernization and DevOps practices across the core insurance platforms.

Qualifikationen

Job Profile

As Lead Application Manager for our Sapiens IDIT platform and related insurance platforms, you are responsible for the technical direction, delivery, and operational excellence of our core insurance platforms. You work closely with the Business Product Owner, architects, engineers, and external vendors to ensure that the platforms remain secure, scalable, reliable, and fit for future business needs.

The Lead Application Manager and Product Owner jointly drive the success of the Sapiens IDIT platform, each with a distinct area of responsibility. The Product Owner is responsible for business priorities, functional requirements, and value realization, while the Lead Application Manager owns the technical roadmap, architecture, platform lifecycle, and delivery capability. They collaborate closely to balance business objectives with technical sustainability and operational excellence.
