What you’ll do

1. Support all facets of Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) product development and customer field service needs.
2. Act as the interface between field and lab in capturing and translating customers’ needs for new applications and products.
3. Design and administer internal screening evaluations of developmental and commercialized products, optimize material assembly processes, and interact with customers to troubleshoot and solve product and process related problems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
5. Provide global on-site support at Henkel's customers as needed.
6. Travel up to 25% globally, covering all Henkel’s consumer electronics manufacturing customers.
7. Work approximately 50% of the time with Lab-Application Engineering personnel to bridge customer needs and 50% directly with customers on technical support.
8. Understand customer culture and anticipate their needs when developing new products/processes.
9. Mentor and guide the global team in both technical and business areas.
