Job Description:

As an in vivo Pharmacologist in Oncology, you will be a team member and/or leader of multidisciplinary drug discovery projects, contributing your oncology expertise to the development of anticancer agents across various modalities, such as Antibody Drug Conjugates, Biologics, and Small Molecules. You will lead a research laboratory within the area of in vivo pharmacology oncology, responsible for the management, design, implementation, execution, and reporting of research experiments.

With your expertise in Animal Science & Welfare, you will manage and organize Animal Science & Welfare activities within the department. You will contribute to and organize working groups within the department and cross-functionally in the area of Animal Science & Welfare and Culture of Care.

Who you are:

• PhD/DVM degree in veterinary medicine, life sciences, or related field.
• Expertise in oncology and in vivo pharmacology.
• Profound knowledge in Animal Science & Welfare and German regulatory guidelines; expertise in veterinary care of laboratory animals and laboratory animal science is preferred.
• At least 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German.
