We are hiring an AI Engineer for an innovative client transforming engineering workflows with cutting-edge, open-source-powered tools. Their solutions are trusted by global leaders in the automotive, aerospace, and medical sectors. This role focuses on building scalable multi-agent systems driven by LLMs to automate traceability, compliance, and contextual intelligence in safety-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures using LLMs
• Develop systems for agent collaboration, communication, and task execution
• Integrate models with internal and external toolchains
• Explore privacy-first AI approaches such as federated learning
• Fine-tune and deploy models using PEFT, LoRA, and related techniques
• Connect to systems via APIs, CI pipelines, and MLOps infrastructure

Ideal Profile :

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Experience building multi-agent AI systems and working with LLMs
• Strong Python skills and deep knowledge of ML frameworks
• Understanding of federated learning, DevOps, and real-world AI system integration
• Fluent in English; German or other European languages a plus
