About the role
At Eficode, we believe AI is transforming how software is built—and we’re helping our customers lead that transformation. In Germany, we’re looking for a Lead AI Consultant who combines deep DevOps and Software Development Life Cycle expertise with a solid grasp of how AI and LLMs can be integrated into development platforms.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our AI consulting practice. You’ll guide companies in adopting tools like GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, and Atlassian Rovo, and occasionally help implement custom LLM environments tailored to enterprise or regulated environments. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to lead transformative AI initiatives, guide clients through complex challenges, and strengthen our position as a trusted innovation partner.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a Lead Consultant for some of Eficode’s most strategic clients in Germany, helping them transform their software development lifecycle with AI.
• Participate in pre-sales and early customer engagements, shaping solution proposals, demonstrating use cases, and helping define AI adoption roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into developer platforms, DevOps toolchains, and SDLC practices, and turn those into actionable solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, assessments, and technical discovery sessions in German.
• Drive the implementation of AI use cases using tools like GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, Atlassian Rovo, and cloud AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
• Collaborate with cloud, platform, and DevOps teams across Eficode’s European network to deliver high-impact results.

What makes you a great fit:

• Strong background in DevOps and Software Development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, Atlassian Rovo, or cloud-based AI services (AWS/Azure).
• Understanding of how AI, especially LLMs, can support developer productivity.
• Curious, proactive, and willingness to learn and continuously explore the evolving AI space.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

In addition, these will make you stand out:

• Hands-on experience with LLM integration or private AI environments.
• Consulting background with platform or infrastructure projects.
