Program Summary

Job Summary
The Sr. Specialist, Property Management, is responsible for establishing and maintaining a property management system in accordance with GPM and site requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing the administration and physical control of Government/customer property, ensuring compliance with procedures, maintaining control records, supporting audits, and coordinating property management activities across departments. The role also involves supporting the GPSC in aligning site processes with GPM objectives, managing site property system ratings, and facilitating communication with the AGPC organization. The candidate will support site property reviews, system assessments, and maintain documentation, including organization charts and contract lists. The position requires a BS/BA degree with 5 years of related experience or 13 years of experience in lieu of formal education. NPMA CPPM Certification Level is desired.
