Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). Job Summary

Assists the Superintendent by providing input to identify key success factors, procurement timelines, and establishing work breakdown structures. Provides leadership to create organizational structures and processes to execute Maintenance Mechanic services, ensuring quality, subcontractor performance, and cost control. Evaluates service execution for compliance with contract, design data, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Advises the project team on status, issues, risks, and costs. Takes ownership of the labor schedule and develops short-term look-ahead schedules for the Foreman. Reviews and monitors costs and man-hours, and develops staff, facilities, equipment, and tool requirements.
