Program Summary:

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Job Summary:

Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Maintenance Mechanics. Provides leadership to create the organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Maintenance Mechanic services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates Maintenance Mechanic service execution for compliance with contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Maintains the short-range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation processes, develops an equipment and tool requirement plan, and reviews it with the General Foreman.
