Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.
Job Summary
Assist the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Maintenance Mechanics. Provide leadership to establish organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the services. Responsible for the execution of Maintenance Mechanic services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction costs. Evaluate Maintenance Mechanic service execution for compliance with the contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality. Advise the project team on status, issues, impacts, risks, and cost factors affecting the scope. Maintain short-range look-ahead plans and discuss deviations with the General Foreman. Review and monitor costs and man-hour budgets for the installation process. Develop equipment and tool requirement plans and review them with the General Foreman.
