Program Summary

Job Summary

Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Maintenance Mechanics. Provides leadership to create the organizational structure and processes required for service execution. Responsible for the execution of Maintenance Mechanic services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction costs. Evaluates service execution for compliance with the contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality. Advises the project team on status, issues, impacts, risks, and cost influences. Maintains short-range look-ahead plans and discusses deviations with the General Foreman. Reviews and monitors costs and man-hours, develops equipment and tool requirements, and reviews them with the General Foreman.
