Job Summary

Under limited supervision, operates computer and data control consoles to manage data flow for processing. Handles routine scheduled tasks and responds to system output instructions or errors using standard procedures. Ensures proper system configuration for data processing, coordinates data flow, and communicates with relevant parties. Identifies and resolves issues to maintain data flow, assists lower-level operators, and completes logs for data accountability. Performs preventative maintenance and other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma and six months of technical training or two years of related experience. Certification may substitute experience.
