In this role, you will manage sales activities and customer requests related to machine retrofits and upgrades.

  • Prepare quotations and confirm orders promptly based on predefined guidelines.
  • Collect and validate technical and commercial information to process requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to define the scope of retrofit and upgrade inquiries.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries by following up with KAG and the local team.
  • Support the sales team by tracking opportunities and maintaining an updated database of retrofit and upgrade activities.
  • Follow up on quotations and keep records of customer responses and feedback.
  • Collaborate with LCS project management and field sales managers to ensure smooth operations aligned with customer expectations.
  • Prepare analyses and overviews of LCS sales data.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Your profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
