What we want from you :

• You have fresh ideas, personal drive and are a team player
• You think flexibly, purposefully and entrepreneurially – personally, you impress with your strong communication skills, commitment and sense of responsibility
• You have a German, English and / or US admission as lawyer
• You already have initial professional experience in the areas of corporate / M&A and venture capital or you are starting your career
• In your academic or practical training, you have gained experience in an international context and thus underpinned your affinity for cross-border issues
• Additional qualifications such as a doctorate or an LL.M. are welcome, but not a requirement
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
