Job Description

Tasks

1. Advising the management and the business units on all legal matters.

2. Examination, drafting and negotiation of contracts in various fields of law, in particular in the area of contracts for work and services, tenancy law, project contracts, cooperation and non-disclosure agreements.

3. Enforcement of contractual and legal claims in the interest of the company.

4. Implementation of claims management.

5. Examination of warranty claims.

Requirements

1. Successfully completed 1st and 2nd state law examinations.

2. Professional experience in an advisory capacity.

3. Sound knowledge of general contract and general terms and conditions law, public procurement law, VOB/B, damage law and insurance law.

4. Very good knowledge of English.
