Introduction

Are you passionate about customer success and building long-term relationships? TTEC is looking for a LATAM Spanish Customer Success Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients in Latin America. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong customer success background and an ability to manage complex accounts, while driving value for both clients and the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in Latin America
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to post-sales support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Provide solutions and recommendations based on customer needs and feedback
  • Ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded and issues are resolved promptly
  • Track and report on account health, including renewals and growth opportunities
  • Support customers in maximizing the value of our solutions and services
Qualifications
  • Native or near-native Spanish skills (LATAM accent)
  • Strong customer success, account management, or client service experience
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and customer-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and results-driven approach
  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher)
  • Experience in managing complex accounts and projects
