Large Enterprise Account Manager– Public Sector

In the role of Large Account Manager in our Large Enterprise Central EMEA team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.

You will be responsible for acquiring, retaining and developing large public sector enterprise accounts across the DACH region. This is your chance to grow your sales career in a renowned international audio / video brand while building effective relationships and account strategies. This position is home office based within the geographical region of Germany. You will travel up to 50% of the time within the region – mainly in / to Germany.

The team you will be part of :

You will join our international Large Enterprise team within Jabra, a GN Audio brand, focused on strategic account management across Central EMEA.

Our collaborative team prioritizes results, providing support through shared practices and mutual objectives.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will :

Build and execute strategic account plans within assigned public sector accounts in the DACH region

Manage end-to-end engagement in public tender processes, including pre-tender influence, qualification, bid strategy, and post-submission follow-up

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their long-term goals

Engage with stakeholders across all levels within the customer organization

Develop and leverage strategic alliances and partnerships to uncover new opportunities and generate revenue

Boost market presence and financial gains by overseeing sales initiatives and fulfilling established objectives

Ensure coordinated account management in collaboration with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Channel teams

Represent Jabra at relevant events, public tenders and customer meetings

Stay current on public sector regulations, trends, and funding opportunities.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you :

Have a degree in business or a related field

Have experience selling to enterprise accounts in a B2B segment

Great understanding of public sector procurement processes and funding mechanisms

Are familiar with the DACH region’s ICT and telecom market (beneficial)

Fluent communication skills in both German and English

Articulate ideas in a clear and impactful manner

Showcase a keen understanding of business practices, emphasizing value generation.
