Sprinklr is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for managing key accounts that generate significant revenue. The ideal candidate will establish, nurture, and expand valuable relationships with customers. They will research and pursue new business opportunities and create connections with influencers, executives, and decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

  1. Develop new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical.
  2. Develop sales opportunities, identify decision makers, and build champions at CMO, COO, and CTO levels.
  3. Listen, identify, and understand clients'/prospective clients' needs to deliver value and exceed expectations. Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influence them.
  4. Enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide a sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  5. Seek feedback at every opportunity from leaders, peers, and clients to improve continuously. We prioritize integrity, character, and doing the right thing.

Who You Are

  • You are among the top 10% of salespeople in your current company/division with a proven record of excellence. You pursue your passions with energy and commitment.
  • You are highly intelligent with great emotional intelligence (EQ), able to keep up in a fast-moving industry.
  • You have 6+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, including creating complex SaaS deals.
  • You excel at building relationships—Sprinklr is a best-in-class solution. You understand that relationships are key to developing new business opportunities.
  • You are passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and understand how Sprinklr can impact various functions of a global organization.
