Your tasks
- Implementing lean management methods and standards as part of the Lapp Operation System (LOS) in the company
- Supporting management in identifying and initiating measures for process optimization and developing concepts for implementing potential improvements
- Creating an annual lean deployment plan as well as organizing, moderating and documenting Kaizen workshops and handing over the implemented topics to the operational organization
- Measuring and analyzing the sustainability of workshops using appropriate key figures
- Presenting the results of LOS activities and training employees
- Working closely with management and cross-departmental interfaces
- Collaborating on projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience (at least 5 years) and knowledge of lean management methods as well as project and moderation experience
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and good English skills
- Goal-oriented, structured and independent way of working, as well as organizational talent
- Strong communication and team skills as well as high social competence
- Sense of responsibility, high level of commitment and resilience
