The Company:
Backed by major international investors, this well-funded business is driving the development of grid-scale energy storage across Europe. With operations headquartered in Munich, they are now rapidly scaling their German pipeline and looking for a Land Acquisition Manager to lead site origination in Baden-Württemberg.
The Role:
Identify, assess, and secure suitable land for BESS projects
Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local stakeholders
Coordinate with internal technical and development teams to evaluate site feasibility
Report progress and performance metrics tied to land secured (bonus eligible)
What You Bring:
Proven experience in land acquisition (ideally in renewable energy, real estate, or infrastructure)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with Baden-Württemberg land markets
German fluency required; English a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
