Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an experienced labor relations professional to facilitate collaboration between local Works Council and management. This pivotal role involves negotiating rights, managing projects, and influencing company policy while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. As the key interface between the local Works Council, Country Management, and global stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a productive, sustainable, and strategic partnership between the business and the Works Council. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations, anticipate challenges, and align business objectives with legal frameworks will directly influence the company’s agility and success.
Act as the key interface between Works Council, Country Management, and global stakeholders.
Advise senior management, HRBPs, and stakeholders on labor law, co-determination rights, and negotiations.
Lead strategic projects related to Works Council collaboration, ensuring alignment with global policies.
Manage all communication and collaboration with the Works Council for constructive dialogue.
Facilitate formal communication between the Works Council, leadership, and business stakeholders.
Independently negotiate and finalise works agreements, balancing business and legal interests.
Support business transformation, organisational changes, and HR initiatives.
Oversee Works Council budget, procurement, and invoice handling for compliance.
Provide reports and strategic recommendations to leadership and the Works Council.
5+ years in labor relations, HR project management, or business partnering in a fast-paced environment.
Deep expertise in German labor law and co-determination rights, translating regulations into business solutions.
Proven success in negotiating and finalising works agreements, balancing stakeholder interests.
Strong stakeholder management, engaging and influencing leadership, legal teams, and the Works Council.
Skilled in conflict resolution, handling difficult conversations strategically.
Adaptable communication style, ensuring clarity and alignment across audiences.
Self-driven and independent, managing complex topics with structure and attention to detail.
Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, focused on outcomes.
Fluent in German and English for seamless multinational communication
