Qualifikationen

Position: Lab Technican / Labormitarbeiter (m/w/d)

What to Expect:

• Perform analyses to assess identity, purity, and content of plant drugs and organic raw materials according to specified test methods or pharmacopeia monographs in quality control, using methods such as wet chemistry, physical-chemical, chromatography, and pharmacognostic procedures.
• GMP-compliant documentation of all tests conducted.
• Responsibility for laboratory equipment within the scope of test equipment monitoring, including maintenance, care, and calibration.
• Take on organizational tasks within the laboratory.
• Assist in sampling of raw materials and purchased tinctures.

What You Bring:

• Completed training as CTA, chemical laboratory technician, or PTA.
• Initial laboratory experience and enthusiasm for analytical tasks.
• Ideally, experience in pharmacopeia analytics and GMP.
• Quick comprehension, accuracy, reliability, and independent working style.
• Enjoy working in a team and resilience to stress.
• Excellent German language skills and good (especially written) English skills.
• Good PC skills, especially MS Office.
• Interest in the values and culture of Weleda.
