Job Description:
  • Routine work in the cell culture laboratory in the field of in vitro pharmacology and toxicology
  • Practical performance of genotox studies in the field of medical device and chemical registration
  • Performance of genotoxicity tests (Ames test, micronucleus test, comet assay, mouse lymphoma assay)
  • Application of cell culture techniques and performance of FACS analyses
  • Participation in the establishment and optimization of new test systems
  • Preparation of GLP-compliant documentation
  • Responsibility for laboratory and equipment
  • Completed education as BTA/MTA/CTA/biology laboratory technician or Bachelor of Science (e.g. biology)
  • Experience in the field of cell culture, especially routine handling of mammalian cell systems or primary cells essential
  • Experience in handling organs as well as human blood and independent handling of FACS instruments (ideally BD)
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Careful and responsible way of working
  • Good knowledge of German and English (min. B2)
  • GLP experience is an advantage
