Responsibilities:

• Independent performance, evaluation, and documentation of laboratory tests on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and end products (microbiological, chemical-physical)
• Supporting the laboratory management in implementing and maintaining the quality and laboratory management system
• Optimization and development of test methods as well as documentation and evaluation of test procedures and results
• Application of modern analytical methods
• Fulfillment of training and education requirements and compliance with GLP guidelines

Your profile:

• Completed training in the food industry or in chemical laboratories, ideally as a biology laboratory technician or BTA or comparable knowledge through several years of relevant professional experience
• Ideally experience in the field of quality control in the food industry
• Experienced in the use of modern IT applications such as MS Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Ability to work independently and strong team and organizational skills
