Job Description

The Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Solution Design Specialist who will support sales growth and retention across EMEA through solution design activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in automation, workflow, value analysis, competitor offerings, and informatics.
  • Analyze customer data, conduct workflow assessments, develop solution design reports, and deliver insights.
  • Perform valuation analyses and total cost of ownership assessments.
  • Support the commercial team in formulating customer value propositions to drive sales and business retention.
  • Utilize market, competitor, and product knowledge in strategic activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales for automation, workflow, and informatics improvements.
  • Provide input for product and process development based on customer feedback.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time.

Your Profile

  • Science or business degree.
  • Preferred five years of diagnostics and/or laboratory experience.
  • Experience with laboratory workflow and improvements.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and IT hardware/software experience.
  • Knowledge of molecular diagnostic laboratories in EMEA.
  • Experience in laboratory informatics.
  • Understanding of how technology adds value in healthcare.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficient in client-facing solutions demonstrations and presentations.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of LEAN and Six Sigma principles.
