Possède une connaissance pratique de la concurrence et des facteurs qui les différencient sur le marché.

Job Description

Position details:

  • Reporting to: Senior Manager, Labor Relations Healthcare in Deutschland
  • Location: Hybrid role (currently 2 days in office / 3 days home office) at our GE HealthCare locations in Munich, Düsseldorf, or Freiburg, other locations within Germany are possible
  • Contract type: Fixed-term for 12 months as parental leave cover, freelance possible

Main responsibilities:

  • Project implementation: Lead the implementation of corporate and local projects, including strategy development, data analysis, and creation of "Master" operational agreements
  • Negotiations: Collaborate with HR Business Partners/Generalists to negotiate initiatives with joint/local works councils
  • Communication: Effectively manage stakeholder communication
  • Process improvement: Develop and enhance process gateways and standard work tools for better coordination on cross-departmental topics
  • Leadership development: Strengthen HR and management competencies regarding collaboration with works councils and co-determination requirements
  • Restructuring support: Assist with regional restructuring, including consulting needs and support in individual cases
  • Performance management: Support HR Business Partners/Generalists on performance issues and disciplinary actions

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Education: State examination in law or a Master of Laws ("Business Jurist")
  • Experience: Proven experience in employee relations, preferably in industry. Experience with works councils and unions is advantageous
  • Skills: Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English
  • Travel readiness: Willingness to travel regularly (max. 30%) to other locations
  • Additional experience: Experience in an international matrix organization is desirable but not mandatory
