Become part of the R&D Team at our green chemistry startup and work on discovering novel catalysts for the energy transition in a human-robot collaboration. In this role, you will learn state-of-the-art techniques ranging from inorganic synthesis to device fabrication. You will also gain exposure to the startup scene and commercial product development.

Tasks

1. Inorganic synthesis, thin-film deposition, and device fabrication
2. Performing electrochemical testing and characterization
3. Organizing the laboratory and managing the chemical inventory
4. Using data management tools and operating automated laboratory equipment

Requirements

Your profile :

• CTA training or Chemielaborant apprenticeship preferred; B.Sc. in Chemistry will also be considered
• At least 2 years of laboratory experience
• Diligent, detail-oriented, with a practical mindset
• Fast learner who gets things done
• Good command of English (B1); German skills are a plus

Nice to have :

• Practical experience in electrochemistry and/or thin-film deposition
• Interest in startups, digital tools, and climate technologies
