Twenty80 LLC's client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join its clinical laboratory team, performing tests that support diagnosis, treatment, and patient care in a modern, high-volume facility.

Aaccredited MLT/MT program graduate with ASCP certification is preferred, along with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced laboratory.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist program.
• Current MLT (ASCP), MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP), or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of clinical laboratory procedures and testing methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment.

Role Summary

Our client, a nationally recognized, award-winning healthcare system, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join its clinical laboratory team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests that support the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing to support patient diagnosis and treatment

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position (36 hours per week)
• Two openings available
• Day Shift: Variable schedule
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hourly pay ranging from $23.50 to $38.90, based on education (MLT vs. MT) and experience
• Shift differentials available for evenings, nights, and weekends
• Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates
