Qualifikationen

Your Role

1. Support the development of new dairy products.
2. Create product samples based on predefined recipes.
3. Actively contribute to shaping the product during tastings.
4. Engage in hands-on tasks in the lab, such as preparing fruit preparations or conducting quality checks, while maintaining formulations.
5. Balance lab activities with meetings alongside your colleagues.
6. Organize raw material inventory and maintain lab tools and equipment.
7. Document development results in the project management system to ensure optimal traceability.

Your Profile

1. Completed training as a laboratory technician, food technology specialist, pastry chef, or have a comparable qualification.
2. Initial professional experience in the food industry is ideal.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Responsible, organized, and precise work ethic.
5. Results- and success-oriented mindset.
6. Good level of English skills.
