The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Support Engineer (m/f/*) in our Health Information Systems division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Supporting the coding solution in our German, Swiss, Belgium hospitals
Providing comprehensive support and maintenance for the Smarte, KODIP, QS-Med, File inspector and MD Management products, clinical coding solutions for Germany
Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful support and usage of our solutions.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role
From day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in IT or similar
Proven track record in L1 IT customer support
Fluent language skills in German
System operations, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
Software Development Lifecycle processes
Current, valid Driver’s License
Professional verbal and written communication to people at all levels.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Healthcare IT support experience.
Language skills in English, French, Dutch.
Work location
Hybrid: Working together with the team in our Berlin offices is required at least 1 to 2 days a week.
