Detailed Job Description:

As an L1–L2 EUC / Desktop Support Engineer at Hexowa Technologies Ltd in Munich, Germany, you will serve as the primary on-site technical contact for corporate end-user computing operations. Your daily responsibilities will encompass executing desktop and laptop hardware setups, provisioning Microsoft 365 accounts and applications, administering Active Directory user objects, and resolving tier-1 and tier-2 technical incidents. You will maintain IT asset inventories, coordinate with internal IT teams, and ensure rapid incident resolution and minimal downtime across local office users. Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in desktop support, end-user computing (EUC), or IT helpdesk roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in Windows operating systems and end-user hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory user support.
