The Role

We are seeking a passionate Group Practice Leader for Cloud to drive the strategic growth of our Cloud business in Germany. You will oversee Cloud services, including Managed Services and Advisory & Implementation Consulting, focusing on expanding market presence, optimizing services, and enhancing delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Cloud business strategy to meet growth and market leadership goals.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement approaches to position our Cloud services effectively in Germany.
• Portfolio Management: Develop Cloud service offerings aligned with customer needs and industry trends.
• Practice Development: Grow the consulting practice through capability development, innovation, and thought leadership.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: Hire, mentor, and develop top Cloud talent for a high-performing team.
• Sales Enablement: Support sales teams in deal pursuits, client engagement, and revenue growth.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Ecosystem Expansion: Build partnerships with cloud providers, industry alliances, and stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure successful delivery of Cloud projects with a culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are

Required experience:

• 10+ years leading Cloud practices, managing large teams, and driving growth in professional services.
• Deep understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Strong sales and business development experience in Cloud services.
• Proven success in Cloud advisory and implementation consulting.
• Strategic thinking to differentiate Cloud offerings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Knowledge of the German Cloud market, trends, and regulations.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related; certifications are a plus.
