To work closely with medical professionals and sales representatives, providing excellent customer service to help them better understand the company's products and treat their patients.

Your every day...

• Deal directly with customers by telephone and email
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Perform customer verifications
• Set up new customer accounts
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Manage customers' accounts

To thrive in this role, you need...

• Experience handling inbound requests from customers and outbound calling
• Fluency in Spanish (C1-C2), German, and English (B2)
• Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
