WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Identify needs: Conduct needs and potential analyses based on our consulting approach, always oriented towards the individual life situation of our clients/interested parties.
• Advise people: Provide advice to an existing customer base and acquire new customers in product areas such as credit, current accounts, cards, and pensions.
• Engage customers: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through independent appointment setting and the placement of suitable additional products.
• Live risk culture: Continuously develop and uphold responsibility awareness in proactive risk management within the bank.

Your Profile

• Knowledge: Commercial training, preferably in banking, e.g., as a bank clerk, or a comparable qualification.
• Skills: Knowledge and experience in one or more of the above product fields or willingness to learn.
• What you bring: Enjoy teamwork, close customer contact, and professional service.
• Special qualities: Sensitivity to people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales—covering needs analysis, recommendation, closing, and support.
