Duties as a KS1 Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
  • Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Foster a love for learning through creative and play-based teaching approaches
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development

Ideal KS1 Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in Education or a related subject
  • A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills as a KS1 Teacher.
  • Ability to differentiate lessons to meet diverse learning needs
