Position Overview

Join KRONES, a leader in innovative tech solutions for the beverage and liquid food industry, as a Business Process Analyst. You’ll drive process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data analytics to enhance business performance in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify LCS Market Potential for Operating Supplies (KIC)
  • Monitor and update the market situation including competitors, industry, and market conditions
  • Engage with Management to establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities
  • Elaborating Regional Business Plans for the KRONES Operating Supply Business
  • Implementation of cross-functional projects in the international area
  • Drive the establishment of a regional supply chain for Operating Supplies such as adhesives, lubricants, disinfectants, and cleaning agents
  • Support with regulatory and legal issues in the project and coordination of these with the KIC Krones quality and contract Management
  • Support in the further development of the KIC Krones Asia Pacific strategy
  • Responsible for achieving goals in the KIC business and projects (time, costs, quality); Monitoring and measuring Performance
  • Intensive exchange between Krones branches in APAC, KIC Krones strategic partners, KIC Krones technology, and SALES department
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in business development for operating supplies or related field
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
  • Profound knowledge of Operating Supplies like adhesives, lubricants, disinfectants, cleaning agents, and Filtration
  • Strong in negotiation, marketing intelligence, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent in MS Office and experience in SAP and Salesforce
  • Master Strategic Thinking, Communication, and Presentation
  • Very good command of the English language
