Krones LCS Center West Africa is a subsidiary of KRONES Group, internationally recognized as the world leader in the design and manufacture of high-speed packaging equipment for the beverage and liquid food industry.

Responsibilities

1. Installation and commissioning of new KRONES machines and lines.
2. Troubleshooting, maintenance, retrofit/upgrades, and fault corrections of existing and newly installed machines.
3. Programming of industrial control systems and interfaces.
4. Support on any breakdown callout.
5. Follow-up on all technical interventions at any assigned location.
6. Preparation of required administrative reports and documentation on every official work assigned.
7. On-time communication with site managers, CSC team, Dispo team, or customers.
8. Route requests from customers through CSC and, in special cases, to the head of the department.
9. Support in coaching and training of junior colleagues in the system to effectively bring them up to speed on their area of specialization.
10. Leverage the knowledge of other experienced colleagues, CSC, and site managers for technical clarification and support.

Your Profile

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical, electromechanics, or mechanical engineering.
2. A minimum of 5 years technical working experience in the Brewing/Packaging industry.
3. Good knowledge of Krones product portfolio.
4. Willingness to travel from time to time.
5. Problem solver with technical curiosity and critical thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Proficient in speaking and writing English language.
8. Must possess an international passport.
9. Good IT literacy and experience with Microsoft office tools.
