Job Description:

We are a market research institute specializing in international surveys across the business sector, including North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Tasks

For an exclusive customer satisfaction survey in South Korea, we seek interviewers fluent in Korean. Our client, a well-established German company, aims to assess satisfaction levels among its South Korean business partners and identify potential improvements. Knowledge of German and/or English is a plus for communication.

• Hourly wage: 14.00 Euros
• Requirements: Resident in Germany
• Mini-job in 100% home office
• Ideal for students

We offer a mini-job as a telephone market research interviewer. If you enjoy making phone calls, interviewing people using a predefined questionnaire, and speak fluent Korean, you can join us. Knowledge of German and/or English is advantageous.

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean / ideally a native speaker
• Knowledge of German or English
• Enjoy telephoning and engaging with people
• Friendly and confident telephone manner
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and commitment
• Basic PC skills
• Mini-job as an interviewer
• Potential earnings up to 556 Euro depending on interviews
• Working hours: Mon - Fri from 7:00 - 10:00 am
• Work 2-4 times a week until May 2025
• Training and coaching provided
• Suitable for career changers and students
• Work in a telephone studio or fully remote from home

We provide training and practical support during the application process to help you develop professional telephoning skills. Supervisors will offer feedback and guidance throughout your work.

As this is a mini-job, a residence permit (for non-EU citizens) and no secondary employment are required.
