The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualifications, between €64,000 and €67,500.

Job description
Tasks
- Manage and optimise physical logistics processes from unloading to material delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead time, quality and cost
- Proactively handle disruptions, including escalation and root cause analysis
- Implement short-term improvement initiatives in the local logistics environment
- Evaluate logistical impacts of planning changes
- Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Support audit preparation and contribute to topics such as occupational safety, environment and hazardous goods
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as procurement, logistics service providers and production
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of aerospace, project management or supply chain management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP; Google Workspace desirable
- Basic knowledge of change management and project management
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift model)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
