Qualifikationen

Your responsibilities after extensive training:

• Leading skilled workers (3-6 colleagues)
• Organizing and supervising daily construction site operations
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to all safety standards
• Documenting progress and communicating with project management and clients

Your profile:

• Completed craft training (e.g., in construction, machinery operation, civil engineering)
• Some experience as foreman, supervisor, site manager or machine operator is desirable
• Physical resilience, willingness to travel, and team spirit
• Responsibility, reliability, and independent working style
