We are looking for:

Vorarbeiter / Baustellenleiter / Maschinenführer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities after extensive training:

• Leading skilled workers (3-6 colleagues)
• Organizing and supervising daily construction site activities
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to safety standards
• Documenting construction progress and communicating with project management and clients

Your profile:

• Completed craft apprenticeship (e.g., in construction, machinery operation, civil engineering)
• Experience as a foreman, site manager, or machine operator is desirable
• Physical resilience, willingness to travel, and teamwork skills
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and independent working style
