In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für das Schweißen an Kompressoren, die Programmierung und den Betrieb von Schweißrobotern sowie die Dokumentation der Prozesse. Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Schweißen erforderlich.
• Gültige Schweißzertifikate sind von Vorteil.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform independent welding on compressors and their components using WIG, MIG, MAG, and E-Hand techniques.
• Operate programmable welding systems and conduct welding procedure tests.
• Program and operate welding robots.
• Assist in qualifying welding procedures.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards across various materials.
• Document the welding process in reports.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic with a specialization in welding technology (w/m/d) or a related welding qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in welding.
• Valid welding certifications such as ISO 9606-1 135 P BW/FW FM3 S s20 PC bs, ISO 9606-1 135 P BW/FW FM6 S s20 PC bs, ISO 9606-1 111 P BW/FW FM3 B s20 PC bs, ISO 9606-1 135 P BW/FW FM6 B s20 PC bs preferred.
• Knowledge in programming welding equipment is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in multiple shifts and occasional weekends.
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
