Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder Luft- und Raumfahrt.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer PMO-Rolle.

Aufgaben

• Organisieren von Change Boards und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.
• Sicherstellen der Qualität und Fristgerechtheit von Lieferungen.

Your Responsibilities

• Organizing Change Boards: preparing agendas and invitations, leading meetings, supporting decision-makers, and post-meeting documentation and follow-up
• Ensuring deliverables are on time and of quality, reporting delays
• Aligning planning data with technical departments
• Evaluating and maintaining development data in Windchill/Excel according to project specifications
• Ensuring data quality in Windchill
• Participating in the coordination of topics between Tiger Legacy and Tiger MKIII, creating technical documents based on production/program specifications during helicopter upgrade phases
• Continuously maintaining and checking technical configuration data in various PLM systems (Windchill/SAP)
• Reviewing change requests (ECP, AMP, MP) for completeness and quality
• Coordinating transversal topics with French colleagues from Data Management as needed
• Providing technical support to designers in creating ECPs
• General support for the department on configuration management topics

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in engineering or aerospace
• OR a technical vocational training with advanced training as a technician or business administrator
• Several years of experience in engineering, finance, or project management
• Experience as a Project Management Officer or in a Program Management Office (PMO)
• Experience in risk management (e.g., ARM)
• Experience with PLM systems and MS Excel
• Fluent in German and English
• Self-reliant, customer-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility
