Your Tasks:

  • Produce the daily mise en place
  • Prepare and cook menus mainly for the à la carte restaurant SYNDEO and BAR CARBANA roof terrace
  • Prepare and cook culinary buffets and menus for banquets, conferences, and breakfast services
  • Co-design menus and implement them practically
  • Supervise and control the staff canteen
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP guidelines
  • Order, receive, and check goods; stock professionally
  • Perform inventories
  • Train trainees and new employees in the kitchen if necessary
