Our finance lawyers focus on leveraged finance, corporate lending, acquisition financing, real estate finance, infrastructure, project finance, derivatives, structured finance, debt capital markets, asset finance, restructuring, and capital solutions.
Role summary/purpose of job
The Knowledge Lawyer's primary focus will be on banking transactions, including leveraged finance, corporate and acquisition finance, infrastructure finance, and real estate finance. The role involves working closely with leading partners and lawyers, covering general finance topics relevant to finance lawyers across the German practice, such as subordination, security, and guarantees.
