Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer Markenumgebung.
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

• Training und Unterstützung unserer Restaurantpartner bei der Einführung neuer Marken.

We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25 million of funding, aiming to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone running a commercial kitchen. We've experienced rapid growth and currently operate in the UK, Germany, France, and more. We provide kitchen operators with everything they need to sell our brands via delivery apps, while continuing to serve their existing customers.

The Kitchen Trainer is responsible for training and launching our brands and menus with new kitchens, ensuring our partners maximise revenue and adhere to high operational standards. You will be present during new site launches and enforce our brand standards. This role is high-impact, exciting, and highly rewarding!

The Role:

1. Train our restaurant partners: Train partners on best-practice kitchen and operational processes, ensuring high standards and successful brand launches. Coach and train on recipes, brands, and how to optimise their kitchens and use the provided order and delivery technology.
2. Launch our partners: Take ownership of all setup, training, and go-live processes. Meet potential partners, conduct presentations highlighting the benefits of working with PWB, and close deals successfully.
3. Post-launch review and training: After launch, re-train if performance metrics are below expectations.
4. KPI: Ensure all sites operate at a minimum of 4.2-star ratings and food prep times under 14 minutes. Build positive partner relationships, acting as the face of the business and fostering respectful collaborations to execute our performance frameworks.

About you:

• You are passionate about food.
• Fluent in German and English.
• You are an excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and able to collaborate effectively.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef, Kitchen/Operations Manager, or in Training within the hospitality/restaurant industry, preferably in a branded kitchen environment.
• Food Hygiene Training is a plus.
• You are willing to travel to launch and visit restaurant partners (valid driver’s license and own car preferred).
• You enjoy collaborating and influencing others.
• You are skilled at managing your time and juggling multiple accounts while providing excellent service.
