Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung.
• Kenntnisse in SAP (ABAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil).
• Erfahrung mit CRM-Software, idealerweise dialogCRM BDL.

• Beratung und Unterstützung der Benutzer in SAP und CRM.
• Wartung und Verwaltung des Systems sowie der Benutzerrechte.
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen.

Your tasks

• Advice and support for users in SAP and our CRM
• Receiving and processing inquiries via Teams and email
• System maintenance and administration of users and authorizations
• Analysis and rectification of faults
• Documentation and license management
• Interface between specialist departments and external service providers

Your profile

• Completed IT training or relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of SAP (ABAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Experience with CRM software, ideally dialogCRM BDL
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Structured, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
