Fred Perry is seeking a motivated retail assistant for our Hamburg store. You will greet customers, understand their needs with open questions and help them find the right products. You will ensure a smooth till operation and support stockroom organization and visual merchandising.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward the Fred Perry Brand. Availability to work store schedules is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store

• Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions

• Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management

• Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise

• Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures

• Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through

• Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration

• Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence

• Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management
