Join a fast-growing global leader in smart home appliances! At Dreame Technology, we’re shaping the future of cleaning innovation — and we’re looking for a passionate, driven Channel Sales Manager for the Personal Care Category to accelerate our growth in Germany . ️

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Manage and support agents & distributors across Germany , driving product sales and achieving annual targets in line with company policy.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to craft and implement local sales strategies, nurture distributor partnerships, and unlock growth potential.
  • Understand German consumer needs and retail channels, provide responsive support, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitors to uncover new opportunities and optimize market presence.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and partners to execute campaigns and promotions tailored to the German market.
  • Track and analyze sell-in / sell-out data and support accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Resolve product quality issues and customer concerns with structured, timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across China and Europe to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

What You Bring :

  • Strong understanding of Germany’s consumer goods market — ideally in 3C, smart home, or personal electronics.
  • Experience in personal care categories (e.g., hair dryers, electric toothbrushes) is a big plus.
  • A successful track record of expanding sales channels, opening new markets, and managing key accounts in Germany.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, inventory and KA retail management is beneficial.
  • Fluency in German and English is required;.
